FAQ's
As questions are asked, I will be posting the information here to try to answer all of the questions you may have
The cost will be $1,400 per student. There will be many fundraising opportunities with some starting in June to assist with student costs. Elite Tool will also be assisting again this year with a donation matching program (more details below)
The cost for Adults to attend will be as follows.
If you are going to be in a room with 4 total adults your cost for the trip is $1,783 per person
If you are going to be in a room with only 3 adults your cost for the trip is $1,854 per person
If you are going to be in a room with only 2 adults your cost for the trip is $1,992 per person
If you are going to be in a room by yourself, your cost for the trip is $2,408 per person
If you are interested in a ground only package which means that you would be responsible for getting yourself to Boston at the beginning of the trip and from New York at the end of the trip you can deduct $600 from the above prices based on your rooming situation.
The payment schedule for both parents and students will be as follows
September 15th $350 per person
October 15th $350 per person
November 15th $350 per person
December 15th $350 per person
January 15th Adults only, remaining balance per person
If by the payment deadlines listed above your student has fundraised the student payment amount, no payment for the student is due at that time. If your student fundraises the total of their trip after payment has been made, you will be refunded any overage within their student account.
