All students participating in ANY Choir MUST fill out a Pre-Participation form for MSHSAA
This form (Which will open after June 1st) must be completed on our High School AD's Website
After you create an account you will be able to fill out the form
When it asks for the last date of a physical, just put today's date as this is not a requirement for our activity. Before participating in any after school practices or activities this has to be completed.
Please read through all of the Show Choir Forms for the 2026-2027 Season. After reading the handbook and the financial responsibility Contract, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to sign these documents. If you have any questions please contact Ryan Cooper at Cooperry@troy.k12.mo.us
